NEDA and European Working Group
Shaping the Future of Drupal Together
Big changes are coming to how we collaborate across borders in the Drupal community. The Network of European Drupal Associations invites all community leaders, camp organizers, and open source advocates to join a vital session on the future of Drupal governance.
The session will center on the upcoming international Working Group, which will explore the creation of both a global Drupal Federation and a formal European Drupal Association. This Working Group will consist of members from the Drupal Association, NEDA representatives, and—eventually—representatives from other continents.
We’re honoured to welcome Imre Gmelig Meijling, board member of the Drupal Association, who will share insights into the DA’s vision and motivation for this initiative.
Newly elected NEDA representatives Marine Gandy and Joris Vercammen will speak about their ambitions for Europe and how they hope to represent the community in this important process.
Esmeralda Tijhoff will reflect on feedback gathered at Drupal Dev Days in Leuven and lead a discussion to help refine NEDA’s position, priorities, and expectations moving forward.
There will be plenty of time for questions, ideas, and open discussion—because building this future will require all of us.
