Esmeralda Tijhoff took the initiative for the first meeting of the Network of European Drupal Association in 2023. She joined the board of Stichting Drupal Nederland the following year. Esmeralda started working with Drupal at DICTU in 2018, and delivers Drupal websites for the Dutch government.
